All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and do not include applicable taxes.
Housekeeping means we supply a cottage with all new appliances for cooking, e.g., pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, electric stove and oven, microwave, electric filter coffee maker, spacious fridge with separate freezer space, Satellite TV, VCR, hair dryer, bedding, linen, bath towels, liquid detergent, toilet paper, kitchen towels, tissues, etc. Outside your cottage you'll find a clean propane BBQ, a picnic table and lawn chairs. Please let us know of any special needs such as cribs and high chairs for the toddlers. We clean the cottages every Saturday, and for guests staying more than one week, on Fridays. During Summer months, our official check out time is 9:00 a.m.
We also offer a Modified American Plan which includes breakfast and supper, daily maid service, linen, towels and soap. Please contact us for rates if this is the service you prefer.
Special Discounts on Spring and Fall Housekeeping Rates
A 5% Discount to above rates applies from May 23rd to June 30, and a 10% discount on above rates from September 1 to October 25.

Spring/Summer/Fall Reservation & Cancellation
Deposits:Within 10 days of your reservation being made: For Housekeeping Bookings from $200 to $550 per week (depending on cottage). For Modified American Plan, $150 per person per week. For Spring and Fall, a deposit of 20% is required.
Payment: Please be prepared to settle your account on arrival in cash, travellers cheques, MasterCard or Visa, U.S. currency accepted at the prevailing bank rates and credited in full.
Cancellation: If cancellation notice is received for any part of your reservation within 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less $80 administration fee. After this date, deposits will not be refunded. "No Shows" or cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will be liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation. Your authorization to use your credit card number for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions. Verbal authorization for the use of your Credit Card confirms your reservation.
Note: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation leaves little chance to fill the space. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Various preferred credit cards carry automatic travel insurance for members and their families. If you are not covered by a credit card, consider buy a travel insurance policy.
